We are pleased to announce the promotion of Cathy Suchodolski to HR Manager effective November 1, 2024. Cathy has been an integral part of our HR team since February 2020, contributing significantly to employee onboarding, benefits, and day-to-day operations of the human resources department.

With her dedication, leadership, and commitment to supporting our employees and organizational goals, we are confident that Cathy will excel in this new role. As HR Manager she will oversee and implement policies, processes, training, initiatives, and surveys to support the firm’s HR compliance and strategy needs. In addition, she will oversee the administration of the HR department; compensation, benefits, and leave; disciplinary matters, disputes and investigations; performance and talent management; training and development; and more.
