We are pleased to announce the promotion of Alicia Handlin to Client Service Manager (CSM) effective February 1, 2025. Alicia has been an essential part of our client service team since joining AHP in March 2021. She specializes in payroll, payroll taxes, bookkeeping, compilations, financial statements, and other services for various industries. With Alicia’s strong work ethic, she was promoted to the Client Service Supervisor (CSS) position in July 2023. As a CSS, Alicia oversaw the client service accountants in the Ann Arbor and Bloomfield Hills offices where they manage bookkeeping, payroll, and other ancillary services for a variety of clients.

With her new position as CSM, Alicia will be responsible for overseeing all Client Service Supervisors throughout the firm, developing and maintaining strong business relationships with clients, directing and controlling the engagement planning process to successful completion, identifying and following up on opportunities to provide additional value-added services to clients and prospects, among other duties.
