Bill began his career in the Saginaw office of Ernst & Young in 1983. He joined AHP in 1993 as a senior manager and was promoted to partner in 1994. In 2011, he was promoted to managing partner. He served as the managing partner from 2011 through 2020.
Bill has served a variety of industries, including financial institutions, construction, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, transportation, and service.

He joined AHP in 1993 as a senior manager and was promoted to Bill is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with, a Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA), and a Chartered Global Management Accountant™ (CGMA®) with over thirty-seven years of industry experience. He specializes in corporate and individual income tax as well as entrepreneurial services. Bill manages numerous review and compilation engagements with substantial experience in reporting requirements and tax planning. Bill serves as the firm’s manager partner, and is a member of the executive committee, as well as its chairperson. He is the executive in charge of financial administration, and he leads the AHP business valuation practice. in 1994. In 2011 he was promoted to managing partner.
Bill graduated Summa Cum Laude from Saginaw Valley State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in accounting and with a Master of Business Administration.
Bill is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants (MICPA). He is an active member of the Community Advisory Committee, and the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). In addition, Bill is a member of both the Saginaw County Chamber of Commerce, and Saginaw Valley’s Torch Club.
