October 1, 2021 – Andrews Hooper Pavlik PLC (AHP) is pleased to announce the promotion of Eric D. Bischer, CPA, and Kate L. Farwell, CPA, CFE to senior manager in the firm’s Auburn Hills office. The promotion of Ryan P. Conley, CPA to senior manager in the firm’s Midland office. The promotion of Barbara A. Garza, CPA to senior manager in the firm’s Grand Rapids office. The promotion of John A. Goodman, CPA to senior manager in the firm’s Owosso office. The promotion of Mitchell N. Binder, CPA to senior accountant in the firm’s Saginaw office.

Eric served as an intern for two years before joining AHP as a staff accountant in 2013. He was promoted to senior accountant in 2015, then manager in 2018, before earning his current position as senior manager. He graduated from Northwood University where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Kate joined AHP in 2014 as a staff accountant, then was promoted to senior accountant in 2016. She achieved manager status in 2018 before earning her current position as senior manager. Kate graduated from Oakland University where she earned a Master of Accounting degree. She also graduated from Kalamazoo College where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in both economics and business. In addition, Kate has her Certified Fraud Examiners certification.

Ryan joined AHP in 2011 as a staff accountant, then was promoted to senior accountant in 2013. He leveled to manager in 2016 before earning his current position as senior manager. Ryan graduated from Saginaw Valley State University where he earned a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree.

Barb served as an intern and then part-time staff accountant before being hired full-time by AHP in 2014. In 2015 she was promoted to senior accountant, and then to manager in 2017 before earning her current position as senior manager. Barb graduated from Grand Valley State University where she earned a Master of Science in accounting degree. She also graduated from Aquinas College where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration degree.

John joined AHP in 2015 as a staff accountant when Demis & Wenzlick, P.C. merged with AHP. He was promoted to senior accountant in 2015, then to manager in 2017, before earning his current position as senior manager. John graduated from the University of Michigan-Flint where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree.

Mitch served as an intern for two years before being hired full-time as a staff accountant. He graduated from Saginaw Valley State University where he earned a Bachelor of Professional Accountancy degree.
