Traci is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), and has earned a Loan Review Certificate through the Bank Administration Institute.
Kellie has more than 21 years of public accounting experience. She is the executive in charge of the tax committee, and is involved with staff educational training. Kellie provides audit and tax services to a variety of business and individual clients in the Midland office, focusing on construction companies and not-for-profit organizations.
Stephanie has more than 23 years of public accounting experience. She is the executive in charge of quality control, and is current chair of AHP’s audit committee. Her area of expertise is managing audit engagements for several industries, including higher education, not-for-profit, manufacturing, insurance companies, agriculture, closely-held businesses, and employee benefit plans.
Jeff has more than 39 years of financial reporting and accounting experience serving the Greater Lansing area. In addition to his CPA, Jeff is a Chartered Global Management Accountant® (CGMA®). Jeff serves as the engagement executive or independent technical reviewer for internal audit and independent audit engagements.

Carol is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and specializes in taxation and planning for businesses and individuals, including retirement and succession planning and other tax-related consulting services.
Carrie has more than 26 years of public accounting experience. She is the executive in charge of financial administration. In addition to her CPA, Carrie is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning (CSEP). She focuses on various industries including closely held businesses, employee benefit plans, and services. Carrie specializes in tax pertaining to individuals, estates/ trusts, partnerships, s-corps, charitable planning, and does consulting for estate and trust planning. She leads the tax practice in AHP’s Okemos office.

Steve’s experience includes eighteen years with the Grand Rapids office of Ernst & Young where he served as a principal. He has led AHP’s Grand Rapids office since its inception in 2003.
Steve has served a variety of industries such as financial, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, higher education, service, and not-for-profit entities.
Randy has more than 29 years of auditing, accounting, and financial reporting experience. In addition to his CPA, he is a Chartered Global Management Accountant® (CGMA®). He leads the firm’s financial institution practice and is the executive in charge of the audit committee, compilation committee, Allinial Global and AHP Financial Services.
Bill began his career in the Saginaw office of Ernst & Young in 1983. He joined AHP in 1993 as a senior manager and was promoted to partner in 1994. In 2011, he was promoted to managing partner. He served as the managing partner from 2011 through 2020.
Bill has served a variety of industries, including financial institutions, construction, manufacturing, retail, wholesale, transportation, and service.

Julie has more than 19 years of accounting and tax experience. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). She leads engagements for a diverse client base including not-for-profit organizations, insurance companies, closely-held businesses, trusts, estates, and individuals.
Jamie has more than 19 years of auditing, accounting, and financial reporting experience. She is the executive in charge of Human Resources. Her service areas include financial statement audits, single audits, reviews, and compilations. She also performs peer reviews of other firms’ accounting and auditing practices.
Duane has more than 41 years of accounting, auditing, and consulting experience within a variety of industries including not-for-profits, government entities, and higher education. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a Chartered Global Management Accountant® (CGMA®).
Eric has more than 15 years of public accounting experience. His areas of expertise reside in commercial loan review, IT consulting, and tax. Eric provides these services to closely held businesses, financial institutions, manufacturing companies, and not-for-profits.
George has more than 39 years of public accounting experience. He provides a variety of tax services to individuals, s-corporations, regular corporations, limited liability companies, non-profits and estates and trusts including year-end tax planning. George is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and a Chartered Global Management Accountant® (CGMA®).
Greg has more than 16 years of public accounting experience and provides a broad range of auditing, consulting, and IT services for financial institutions, manufacturers, governmental organizations, insurance companies, and not-for-profit organizations. He leads AHP’s System & Organization Controls (SOC) practice and has performed SOC 1 and SOC 2 engagements.
Greg also serves as AHP’s executive-in-charge of both information technology and consulting, overseeing AHP’s internal IT department and AHP Consulting. In addition to a CPA, he is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), and a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE).
As a frequent presenter to professional and industry organizations, Greg has presented on various topics related to accounting and auditing standards, emerging technologies, cybersecurity, internal controls, and forensic accounting.
Bruce has more than 15 years of public accounting experience. His area of expertise includes accounting and tax planning for industries such as agriculture, insurance, small business, and trucking. In addition, Bruce is a firm leader in COVID programs, including Paycheck Protection Program (PPP), and Employee Retention Credits (ERC).
