AHP’s Client Portal allows clients to safely and efficiently share and receive documents via AHP’s website. AHP uses the portal system NetClient CS, designed and hosted by Thomson Reuters.

suralink Document Exchange

AHP’s Suralink Document Exchange allows for a more efficient way to exchange information during the engagement process. It combines a file portal, request list, and workflow features. AHP uses Suralink, a browser-based system, so there is no software to install.

Password Requirements

To further protect your information, and in compliance with IRS security requirements for tax software, our software provider has strengthened their password requirements. If your current password does not meet the requirements below, you will be asked to change your password when you attempt to login.

 

  • Minimum Password Length is 8 characters
  • All Passwords must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one number and one symbol
  • All users must reset their passwords every 90 days

 

Compatibility: Microsoft EdgeTM, Microsoft® Internet Explorer® 11*, and the most current versions of Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. Also available through the NetClient CS app on Apple® and Android™ devices.

 

*Note: Microsoft supports only version 11 on Windows 10, 8.1, and 7.
